Hello! The Sawtooth Avalanch Center is holding a fundraiser this weekend in Ketchum: it’s the “Best of the Banff” program of ski and climbing movies from the Banff Film Festival. Friday and Saturday nights — different programs each night — at the NexStage Theater. You can check the program and get ticket purchase info on the website: www.mountain-fever.com or on the avvy center’s site. Big gear raffle Friday night, I believe.
I’m tickled that Gary Slette kindly donated the Springdale School bell for the school memorial. Hearing that thing, I’m surprised that we have so few real bells in our lives any more.
